Prepare Your Package

Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the garment's integrity is maintained during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
