The idea was to produce an over-shirt that could go anywhere and do anything - from the big meeting, to Mom's house for dinner to a night on the town - we needed a super simple but sophisticated utilitarian over-shirt to fit our lifestyle here at home in San Diego and one and the same, be able to take us on trips around the world.
